As this year finally comes to an end, i want to thank the internet for providing me with an infinite number of documentaries that have broadened my horizons, expanded my mind and changed my perspectives, molding me into an overall decent human being. I would also like to thank the homies that are still homies, and a special shoutout to Dr.P and Jésus for being the real MVPs. thank you all. 🤘🏻♥️♻️

this hike tested my endurance and helped me learn the value of friendships that thrive when the humans involved push each other harder when they're ready to give up. i motivated her at the beginning and she pushed me at the end, and that is the only reason i made it to point 6. thanks for that, i needed it more than i knew, but i'd never understand the thrilling feeling of reaching a summit if you weren't there with me. 🏔🙌🏻 #friendsthatarefam

get you an alena. not only will she make you laugh so hard that you’ll have premature wrinkles, but she’ll also be a good sport about snowboarding on a mountain covered in a sheet of ice. she’ll take a 10 hour road trip to this mountain with you even though she knows that she’ll be pelted with freezing rain when she could instead be doing her assignments that are due by midnight tonight in the comfort of her warm home. 🤟🏻#somuch

i think pregnancy left me with some sort of chemical imbalance because i had been feeling irritable, stressed, and full of anxiety which really upset me because i don’t normally have any of those tendencies. i thought this was something that i’d have to learn to live with but THEN a coworker recommended SuperYou and i went for it. i figured i had nothing to lose anyway, RIGHT? SOoOOo within a month i noticed some significant changes. i felt like the best version of myself again you guys, like. LIKE. calm, unbothered and so steady. it feels so GOOD to be back. i’m blaming and thanking @moonjuice for this.

hi friends - i’ll be taking a break from social media for the rest of the month to reset. i love this platform, and i am so grateful for the opportunity to connect with humans that i miss dearly but don’t get to see often ( or at all ) but i also feel myself needing a break from the noise. catch you all again in september! xx

happy new year.
