i do however have some tea about JT - tape like this on mailboxes marks that the property is a short term rental and USPS won’t deliver packages to that address. the locals have waged war on airbnbs, it seems. we found out the hard way when some of our packages never made it to us because they were returned to sender. i see both sides of the coin here, btw. but. a heads up would have been cool so consider this yours. 😘
